Making friends with Stylus RMX

I've been wishing I could use Stylus RMX with Jambalaya and you kind of can, but Stylus doesn't have any tempo controls of its own, it wants to get the tempo from the host. So I've added a tempo control for each song and a play button that can be used to start and stop any drum modules in a given song. The tempo control also feeds effects that are tempo synchronized. Finally I added MIDI learn for the play/stop button so you can do this from your MIDI controller.

This will be available in the next version which is fast approaching completion.
